It never ceases to amaze me how closely cons resemble each other.
You can almost predict their words & actions at any given time.

Con Artist - Tyler Thomas

The DEC also misrepresents licensing status when it suits them.  In my case, they worked with Thomas' defense attorney, Michael F. Young, of Lowville, N.Y, in using the misrepresentation of my licensing claiming I did not have the minimum to regain possession of my animals from Thomas.  Yet, the licensing I had was exactly the same as Thomas.  Thomas was served on November 7, 2017 and mu LCP was not revoked until November 2018.  For that year, his attorney dragged his feet and caused numerous dilatory delays in order to work with the DEC to remove my licensing.  However, the suit against Thomas for my animals was filed prior to the revocation of my License to Collect & Possess.  Therefore, their dilatory delays, which were obviously perpetrated, should not work in their benefit.  Likewise, an individual may have animals as a private collection so long as they aren't exhibited to the public.  This is a federal override on exotic animals, since they are under private ownership, unlike wildlife..

After numerous calls, emails, and letters to the Special Licenses Unit, they refused to communicate with me and inform me of the status of my licensing all the while communicating with Tyler Thomas in helping him keep me from repossessing my animals.  The DEC is a public service agency committing misconduct by such actions.

The DEC also incorrectly documented that my badger should be licensed when such was not true.  Michael Wiloski was the one who also stated my porcupines should be licensed.  During the March 18, 2018, hearing Joe Therrien made a statement that I was supposed to have chipmunks licensed.  All three accusations are false and were made by those who made them knowing they were false.  Badgers are non-indigenous species and porcupines and chipmunks are unregulated species thus neither are known to need licensing for mere possession.  Such lies are made by DEC staff due to their obsession to control every aspect of animal ownership, even though they know nothing bout the animals which are being targeted by their obsession.
