Tyler Thomas & Nick Stacey
|
Tyler Thomas uses the familiar Animal Rights tactic in justifying unlawful detention of animals from the owner with the false accusation of neglect. However, it's not up to Thomas to assess a situation as "neglectful" and then take action on his own, especially if the facility isn't neglectful and he has a conflict of interests because he wants free animals.
Additionally, it's hypocritical when he was then cited by the USDA for making the animals live in their own waste. Sound familiar? This is something he accused the owner of but could not prove yet it is, ver batim, stated on his inspection report of May 25, 2016. Denies boarding contract. States animals were taken away from owner by whomever for "not taking care of them". Thomas even told father that owner wasn't taking care of them. Change of story occurred when he told his father that the animals were "surrendered to the USDA" by owner. Neither of these are true. Simply, a boarding contract was made, Thomas knew owner was in contention with authorities as she felt she was being treated unfairly by a few staff members at the DEC working in concert with her ACI. In the absence of evidence to convict the owner, the Law Enf. Division of the DEC were circulating falsehoods in order to damage the reputation of the owner due to her confronting the Lieutenant of her Region on a previous occasion. DEC is known to take licenses away from those licensees who dare to confront or criticize the Depart- ment. The harassment, in fact, has become so chronic and abusive to this day, that the owner had little choice but to send a notice to the DEC for Cease & Desist to both William Powell and Joseph Therrien of the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation. Thomas voluntarily became part of the effort of damaging the reputation of the owner as he wanted her animals. He used the information concerning her contention with the DEC and her ACI she gave to him in confidence during the months prior to the boarding arrangement. This is why it's quite clear how insincere he is when bringing up any animals passing away or allegedly escaping from the owner's facility as any of these situations were believed by Thomas to have occurred months, if not years, prior to his conniving action in stealing the animals. This also is why he contacted the specific staff members at the DEC and owner's ACI knowing they would covertly help him basically steal owner's animals. Regardless who the staff members are, to sneakily help, or even encourage, another person into entering into a contract without the intention of following the terms of the contract is aiding & abetting fraud and Thomas is guilty of fraud. Furthermore, the state, and possibly the federal government, misrepresented laws and continue to do so in the case Leo v Thomas. Currently, the effort sponsored by this website, "New York State for Exotic Animal Ownership" is to challenge the NYSDEC in its misrepresentation of the law. Of course, Tyler and his minions are working overtime in serving and buddying up with the very government agency that is so hostile to our industry. Thomas so sooner reached his facility with the animals and he was already trying to set the owner up using the help of one of his minions, Adam DeParolesa. After numerous attempts to entrap the owner of the animals, a month later she was sent a notice of intention to revoke her LCP by the DEC. Coincidence? |
TYLER THOMAS HAD NONE OF THESE DOCUMENTS. THERE IS A REASON WHY -- HE WAS NEVER GIVEN OWNERSHIP OF THE ANIMAL .... PERIOD. This is the Court's opinion too thus the issuance of two orders mandating the return of the animals to the real owner of the animals. <---- This is why Tyler Thomas is so secretive with everything. Notice how he will not accuse the other party of things that tend to turn other people against her within her earshot? He either has other people do his dirty work for him or he says things to change the opinions of others outside of earshot as he knows he will be debunked and look like a liar by being confronted ... because he is! |
